How long does it take to receive a reservation confirmation?

Once you've made a reservation request, you will receive a confirmation within 72 hours. 

I have not received a confirmation for my reservation request.

Please check your junk/spam folder in your email to ensure your confirmation message was not sent there. If it has been 72 hours and you have not yet received a reply, please contact us

Is it necessary to make a reservation?

We encourage you to make a reservation prior to your lunch or dinner appointment. Whilst we do cater for walk-in guests, wait times may vary and can take up to an hour during peak periods.

Where can I make a reservation?​

For table reservations, please fill in your request here. If you're enquiring about events or catering, please reach out to us here. We do not accept reservation requests over Facebook or Instagram.

When should I make a reservation?​

Please make a reservation 1 - 2 days prior to your desired lunch or dinner appointment. For larger groups (20+ pax) or for reservations during peak periods (public holidays etc.), we recommend making a reservation a week in advance. If your reservation is for the same day, please call us.

 

Do you have any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options?

We currently serve traditional and vegetarian options, with many items available as gluten-free. Should you have other dietary restrictions, please leave a comment in your reservation request and be sure to let your waiter know.

Are you Halal certified?​

No. We serve pork and alcoholic beverages at Margarita's. If you have a specific dietary restriction, please leave a comment in your reservation request and we will be happy to follow-up with you.​

Does Margarita's allow outside food and drinks?

No, we do not allow outside food and drinks. If you would like to bring your own cake or wine, a plating and corkage fee will apply.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, furry friends are always welcome to dine with us on our alfresco (outdoor patio)! We ask owners to please be responsible for their own pets.

Are you open during public holidays?

We typically remain open during public holidays although certain festive seasons may affect our operating hours. Please follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay in the know.

Do you deliver?

We currently do not offer in-house delivery. However, you may still place an order with us and arrange for a delivery through Grab or any third-party services.
